施工流程

The construction process 

　　1．回填达到施工规范要求池体上可砌清掏井（检查井），清掏井有砖砌井和组台式预制钢筋混凝土井两种。

　　2．检查井为防止砖砌井壁渗漏，要求井的内、外壁做防水砂浆抹面层，厚20mm（1：2防水砂浆，内参水泥重量的5%的防水剂），阴角处抹45。斜面，厚50mm，有地下水时，在井外壁涂抹热沥青（或其他防水涂料）两道，最后覆土至地坪要求。

2. 　　1．开挖基槽时，应掌握地质情况。

　　2．玻璃钢化粪池设置位置及埋深采应严格按设计要求放线、定位。

　　3．玻璃钢化粪池就位后，要及时回填土，罐体内灌满水，以防位移。回填土要求进行过筛，无尖角石块和建筑垃圾，无地下水时，接土质密度0.95夯实。特别注意罐体下四周用素土或黄砂填实：有地下水时，罐体下用素土或黄砂填实，罐体固定位置受力均匀。

　　4．在雨季施工时，要有排水设施，防止基坑积水及边坡坍塌，同时将罐体内注满水防止漂浮，而造成位移。

　　5．施工应遵照有关工程施工及验收规范的规定进行。
