化粪池工艺流程
Septic tank process
化粪池是利用沉淀和厌氧发酵原理去除生活污水中悬浮性有机物的处理设备。高效波纹玻璃钢化粪器内部设有隔板,隔板上的孔上下错位,不易形成短流,并将整下罐体分成三部分;一级厌氧室、二级厌氧室和澄清室,一级、二级厌氧室底部相通,内部加有“MDS专用特型填料”。这样的分隔减少了污水与污泥的接触时间,使酸性发酵和碱性发酵两个过程互不干扰,同时填料的存在增加了污水污泥与厌氧菌的接触表面积,大大提高了反应效率。
Septic tank is a kind of treatment equipment for removing suspended organic matter from domestic sewage by sedimentation and anaerobic fermentation. The high-efficiency corrugated FRP septic is equipped with a baffle, and the holes on the baffle are not easy to form a short flow, and the whole tank is divided into three parts; the first-class anaerobic chamber, the second-class anaerobic chamber and the clarification chamber are connected at the bottom of the first-class and the second-class anaerobic chamber, and a special MDS filler is added inside. This separation reduces the contact time between sewage and sludge, so that the two processes of acidic fermentation and alkaline fermentation do not interfere with each other. At the same time, the presence of fillers increases the contact surface area between sewage sludge and anaerobic bacteria, greatly improving the reaction efficiency.
